New study: Low calorie foods aid weight loss better than cutting

Focusing on low calorie foods rather than cutting overall calories can help adults lose weight, according to a new study conducted at Pennsylvania State University, Reuters reported. In the study, researchers found that fruits and vegetables have low "energy density" because of their high water content. The foods weigh heavy and so they are filling but they have few calories. The findings were reported in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

I am on a low cal low fat diet which puts me into ketosis which burns fat quickly. I have lost 34 lbs in 6 weeks!
