You get a kick out of coming up with different ways to monitor weight loss. You enjoy problem solving when you are having a weight-loss difficulty. You get in a zone where, at least for the moment, you feel in a good rhythm and the weight-loss challenges seem weightless? You feel as if you are moving right along.

Feeling right
Another type of feeling is where you feel right about all that you are doing to shed those extra pounds. In other words, what you are doing—the weight-loss activities, the personal changes, controlling anxiety, working on body image issues, improving self-confidence, resolving conflicts, developing better habits, making a good diet choice, and sticking to the diet—is a good fit for you. The methods that you’ve chosen to use and are using, if they feel right for you, keep you pointed toward your goal. They do this by making all the sub-goals along the way feel like you're taking valuable weight-loss steps.
