Okay – I have to admit: I hate working out. Hate it.
But, I’ve let myself go. And the only cure is some good ol’ fashion work-outs and eating right. Darnit. I wish there would be an easier way.
So, this is where I’m at. 240 lbs, and a little luggage in the front. More than I wanna carry.
How did it come to this? Well, it’s pretty simple really. I have a desk job – I don’t eat well – and I don’t get enough exercise. Pretty easy to see where that is headed.
Most of my life, I’ve been a fairly skinny person. Only until I started getting into my 30s have I been able to really add some weight. And, by weight, I don’t mean the good kind.
Heart disease also runs in my family. So, this is added motivation to get back on the work-out cycle and start eating better.
