Wow so I have been on my Christmas holidays for 2 weeks. Most of my time has been dedicated to helping out hubby, who is recovering VERY slowly, onto week 3 and he is slowly walking around.
I am finding it so hard to track properly being at home. When I am at work, I pack my days lunch and snacks the night before, plan dinner, my points are allocated before my day even starts! Being at home ... it's hard! And temptation all around, darn all the skinny people in my house who keep bringing unhealthy stuff into the house!
So long and short of it, I am really looking forward to going back to work! Hahaha never thought I would say that, back to my safe routine, you stay at home moms .. you really rock!!!!!
So weigh in tomorrow ... oi not sure how that will go, you may have noticed I snuck in my weigh-in last week without a post ^-^ Although there was a small loss for the month of December, which is an achievement in itself.
Onward and forward to 2009 healthiness .. *is that a word???* I have 7 months till my trip back home to South Africa ...... that is my huge motivation right now!
