Hello Everyone! This is my first blog about losing weight. Yesterday(Sunday January 31,2010) was my first day to start actually trying to lose weight. I have recently realized that I need to lose weight and get into better shape. Sunday I walked 1 1/4 miles at the local high school track. I was proud of myself. I was hoping to go walking again today but the weather is not nice enough, so instead I did crunches and some other exercises at home. I am looking to meet other people interested in losing weight and maybe share ideas or progress.
