Very crisp and tasty, even without any seasoning. You can fit about 15 potato slices at a time. The included mandoline slices them just the right thickness, and they really are ready in 3 minutes. I sliced up a whole potato, and put some of the slices in the freezer to save for later use.
The slicing went faster than I thought it would. I cut the potato in half to make it easier to handle, and then sliced each half with the mandoline. I’m glad I saw this on #DrOz yesterday.
