My Diet Plan is Working

10 small victories in my 1st week of dieting

  1. is for the 1 and only time I cheated
  2. is for the 2 lbs I lost
  3. is for the 3 days I actually took a walk
  4. is for the 4 meals I ate out and managed to stay on my diet plan
  5. is for the 5 times I wanted to cheat but didn't
  6. is for the 6 times this week I spoke up for myself
  7. is for the 7 entries I made in my journal
  8. is for the size 8 jeans I hung up on my closet door as incentive
  9. is for having a 9 p.m. healthy snack of fruit instead of snack food like cookies
  10. is for the 10 pats on the back I'm giving myself
