I'm tired...had a busy day. Lemme show you what I mean.
Breakfast and lunch for the week with points recorded..
Veggies and Rice.... Pre-cooked for dinners.... Homemade Chili..... Pre-portioned snacks..... BAM! Nuff said.
This is really the only way to stay 100% focused. I went a step further and recorded all my points for breakfast and lunch in my tracker so that its one less worry in my life. Making life easier is what its all about. I need to stop falling off the wagon....my sunday prep makes everything better.
