After a week of being a pirate, I’m sad and happy to say that the plank challenge is finished and completed!
Throughout the week, I planked the minimum 45 seconds and even managed to plank one set with arms fully extended for one minute! That’s huge for me. What a great workout for your core muscles. And, it was fun because I had people join me on this challenge: Dana , Craig , Kimmi , Brandon , and John . If I forgot you, let me know!
A more relaxing challenge that I believe is crucial for injury prevention. Stay tuned!
