As I know I've mentioned in some of my previous post, I love music. I do not enjoy rap and classical, but other than that, I like about any kind of music. I good variety of cds and the right gym, and I would think I was in heaven. I recently stumbled on this blog with Joe Speranzella that is very interesting. The name of the blog is A Tic In The Mind's Eye . I have listen to the music on it, a little so far, and I have found it very inspirational. I do realize that I enjoy music maybe a little more than most, but you should just visit the blog and comment. Well, enough about that, I have to go get some sets of pull-ups in. It's beautiful outside, so that is where I'll work out today.
