Munday’s Motivation: 10 Minute Wet Weather Bodyweight Workout

With the recent wet weather drenching that Sydney has been experiencing lately there must have been some people who got out and did their own personal rain dance to get out of doing their training sessions!

Seriously thoughthose people are prolonging their chance at achieving weight loss success and seeing as going out and getting soaked isn’t exactly an attractive proposition it’s time you tried on this bodyweight workout for size.

So breaking from tradition of the usual Munday’s Motivation inspirational words it’s time for some workout motivation. Something that will keep your on track with your routine and something that’ll stop self sabotage in its tracks.

10 minutes is all you needno equipment necessary cause it’s bodyweight exercises only. You could even do this as your hotel room workout if you’re often on the road for business.

5 exercises – Side Plank each sidePush UpsRockin Hover and Virtual Skipping. 1 minute each exercise done 2 x through.

Soset your stop watch and get cracking!

If you think that 10 minutes won’t get you going enough you’re not doing it properly!
