Munday’s Motivation: 10 Minute Wet Weather Bodyweight Workout

I’m breaking from tradition of the usual Munday’s Motivation inspirational words for today so it’s time for some workout motivation.

Something that will keep your on track with your routine and something that’ll stop self sabotage in its tracks.

Don’t use the excuse that it’s raining outside.

There’s plenty you can do inside.

This workout also works great if you’re travelling and on the road as you can do a hotel room workout .

10 minutes is all you need – no equipment necessary cause it’s bodyweight exercises only. You could even do this as your hotel room workout if you’re often on the road for business.

I’ve taken this straight out of my step by step home exercise program – Bodyweight Blitz.

5 exercises – Side Plank each side, Push Ups, Rockin Hover and Virtual Skipping. 1 minute each exercise done 2 x through.

So set your stop watch and get cracking!

If you think that 10 minutes won’t get you going enough you’re not doing it properly!
