The MTV hit "reality" series The Hills season 4 premier aired last night and like most households with a female resident the Olympics had to wait one hour while my fiance got her "Hills On". To be honest I don't mind too much because LC, Audrina and the girls are not too hard to look at. I did notice that Lauren is looking super toned in the legs and stomach these days (her legs used to be pretty plain) so I did some digging around to see what she does to get that nice aesthetic toned looked.
Like most Hollywood Starlets she has a personal trainer on her staff to make sure she stays in perfect TV shape and luckily I found a video that explains her workout regime. Ladies, take a look at the video below and see if it gives you any ideas on how to get a nice feminine toned body.
I don't think she is doing anything revolutionary, body weight strength training and hill climbing but I do think the constant changing of exercises and set/rep schemes are responsible for keeping her lean. I do like how she doesn't look enunciated like so many starlets, but she isn't too muscular either. I think it is safe to say her physique is what most women (and well, men) are after these days.
As for the male readership, when you are finished drooling at the picture and video, understand that this information applies to you as well. Want to build an aesthetic lean physique but are not interested in muscle mass? Well, do a lot of body weight strength drills and do hill walks, jogs or sprints. Trust me, it works.
