Last night for dinner I had a chicken breast, mixed veggies and a small baked potato.
I found myself in the evening really wanting to munch on something. I was actually sitting and debating about what would be the 'best' cheat! Silly, really. So to take my mind off of it, I spent a bit of time cleaning the bar area and folding laundry. By the time Hubby was ready to shut it down for the night, I decided that having a little bit of popcorn wouldn't kill me. Hubs mixed me a drink, but I found it strong and ended up only drinking a bit of it before I threw it away.
3 boiled eggs; 2 full, 1 white
1 tsp may
2.5 cups of green tea!
For lunch I have packed
4 oz pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cups raw grated cabbage mixed with 1 tsp mayo
And my snack this afternoon will be a boiled egg and an apple.
I've made a beef strew with kamut and other veggies for dinner. It's sitting in the crock pot doing it's slow cookin' thing.
