After some feedback from my post last week, I’m going to go back and start making a quote have that little bit more of a focus each Monday for the next little while.

So today I’m focusing on some words from the American Author Richard Bach:

“An idea can be truly profound but it is useless unless used”.

That quote is pretty profound yeah?

How many times have you caught yourself saying “I’ll start my workout regime tomorrow”.

We all have.

Guess what? Tomorrow never comes.

Don't think it's a great day? Try missing one!

Don't think it's a great day? Try missing one!

So if you had the smart idea over the weekend to get back into your routine, guess what my friend - the weekend is over and the time for action is here.

The ball is now in your court.

Are you going to dribble it to the rim and dunk it home with a big, high intensity workout? Or are you going to be a gunna - one of those people who keep on saying “I’m gunna start tomorrow”.

Don’t be a gunna, be a doer.

Remember how good it feels to take action and do something positive for yourself?

It’s time now for you to run through that brick wall and do it. Jump in and work out.

You just might enjoy it…
