More reason to lose weight

Fat cells create an imbalance in insulin levels, which causes aging and potentially type 2 diabetes.

Overweight can also cause cancer, gallstones, and a range of other diseases.

With so many wonderful reasons to get healthy and stay that way you'd think it would be easier to motivate ourselves. I think as a society we are excessive consumers of everything and food is no exception.
