Everyone seems to be creating a fuss about the first lady Michelle Obama’s arms.
You don’t see too many ex-first ladies wearing sleeveless dresses and I think this is quite a shock to everyone.
The sad part is why shouldn’t she show off her arms. She should be proud that she carried a full time time, has two kids and a husband that worked away from home yet stil found time to fit in exercise 3x a week.
She is proof that you can have a busy life and still make your health a priority.
It doesn’t take much exercise to be in shape. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym.
I am working on something right now just for you the busy person who feels lost when it comes to working out or can’t seem to find the time.
You can get a great full body workout in 3x a week and only 30-45 minutes per workout.
Here is a sample workout that you can start doing right now. It only takes 20 minutes.
Pushups 12 repetitions
Forward Lunges Alternating Leg 12 repetitions each leg
Crunches 20 repetitions
1 Arm Dumbell Row 12 repetitions each arm
Complete these 4 exercises in a row with no rest in between sets. When you complete the 4 exercises rest a minimal amount of time and then complete the circuit again. Your goal is to see how many times you can complete this circuit in 20 minutes.
Then complete the workout again in 2 days and try to do more complete circuits in the same 20 minutes as you did the previous workout. Of course maintain control when you complete the exercises and do not go so fast that you end up hurting yourself.
