So Happy New Year!! Here is your weekly meal plan menu! It's tough during the Holidays to keep it straight and eat properly... so le'ts get back on the band wagon! Some of you might have weekend festivities... but let's get right back into it after it's all done!
I included pot roast this week! Comfort food!! It IS the Holiday's after all. :) But other than that- this is a very back to basic week... for me? That means a focus on protein and veggies- and FISH is my favorite source of good protein. You can always substitue chicken or pork with any of the suggested side dishes if you just can't do 4-5 days of fish!
