Mamavation Monday: Exercise is finally non-negotiable!

Posted Oct 10 2010 6:08pm

First off, I'm officially in love with the Windows 7 Movie Maker. I feel like that 5-year-old girl in the Windows 7 ads (even though her videos are better than mine).

In the past two weeks, the scale went up and the scale went down.

FRED-ARMISEN "So what? Who cares?" as Joy Behar would say (on Saturday Night Live at least). All I care is that the scale went down this week. My big victory is that I put in 272 minutes of exercise this week, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I've finally made exercise a "non-negotiable." It's a regular part of my life now, and I couldn't imagine it any other way. And I'm not talking some half-azzed 20-minute low-impact DVD. Most of the days I cranked it for an hour and I liked it!

That's how I'm supporting Subway's Commit to Fit program. Totally committed.

Thanks very much for awarding me the Mamavation Post of the Week ! Very cool. I'm glad I "went there" with the craziness. I'm looking forward to talking with Pete Cohen .

So here's my vlog for this week. Good luck to all the Mamavation applicants!

This week’s blogging carnival is sponsored by Subway . This week's prizes on Mamavation TV will be a iPod and an iTunes gift card.
