Mamavation Monday: Exercise is finally non-negotiable!
Posted Oct 10 2010 6:08pm
First off, I'm officially in love with the Windows 7 Movie Maker. I feel like that 5-year-old girl in the Windows 7 ads (even though her videos are better than mine).
In the past two weeks, the scale went up and the scale went down.
"So what? Who cares?" as Joy Behar would say (on Saturday Night Live at least). All I care is that the scale went down this week. My big victory is that I put in 272 minutes of exercise this week, and I enjoyed every minute of it. I've finally made exercise a "non-negotiable." It's a regular part of my life now, and I couldn't imagine it any other way. And I'm not talking some half-azzed 20-minute low-impact DVD. Most of the days I cranked it for an hour and I liked it!
That's how I'm supporting Subway's Commit to Fit program. Totally committed.
So here's my vlog for this week. Good luck to all the Mamavation applicants!
This week’s blogging carnival is sponsored by Subway . This week's prizes on Mamavation TV will be a iPod and an iTunes gift card.
