Making Food Taste Just a Tad Bit Better

It's Day 8 of being on Paleo, and I haven't slipped up once. Now, this all or nothing attitude is not something I like, it's just the way I am. I have tried the 80/20 rule, but it usually turns into being the 99/1, the 99 being junk in my trunk. Maybe one day I'll figure out my issues with ben and jerrys and oreos, but until then I just need to eat clean to make progress.

I've been trying to make food taste not like ass because I'm kind of sick of using the George Forman grill every day and topping my chicken breast with garlic powder. So, I've revived my desire to become the Gay Julia child.

Yesterday, I took 2 hours making Spaghetti Squash with ground turkey after my friend kept telling me how it was amazing or something. It actually turned out tasting pretty damn good and wasn't too expensive to make cuz I now shop at Aldi. Well the spaghetti squash cost me like 5 dollars at walmart, but it was a lot of fucking squash.

Doesn't look to shabby does it? 

My personal trainer worked me harder than a lot of guys have in the past, so I'm gonna go lay down and watch some jersey shore now. peace!
