Today was a pretty good day. I am still battling a Lupus flare but I have been awake most of the day. That is always a good sign that the flare is going to start getting better. While cooking I almost passed out twice so exercise was a no go. I could have ate more today but I had to force myself to eat just over 1000 calories. I chose to eat good quality so that helps some. After doing TONS of research on diets and food I can't say enough about how awesome low carb lifestyle is. I know different things work for everyone but just do a little research on your own. I found all kinds of scientific support for low carb lifestyle and almost no scientific support for low fat lifestyle. I'm not talking no carb and crazy low carb. I'm just saying lower carb. :) And by scientific I mean right down to the biochemistry of the body science. :) But again. Different things work for different people and I'm so glad I found something that works for me with Lupus, PCOS and hypothyroidism. I'm excited for my journey now.
