I WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME FOOD IDEAS THAT ARE LOW- OR NO- CARB FOODS.
I AM A VERY VERY PICKY EATER AND I DONT EAT VEGGIES, AT ALL AND I HATE SEAFOOD SO NO FISH ... LETTUCE, CAN'T EAT SALADS, I'VE TRIED A FEW TIMES, I CAN'T STAND THE ''TEXTURE'' OF IT IN MY MOUTH, MAKES ME GAG....
BASICALLY, I NEED HELP, BIG TIME.
SO WHATEVER YOU CAN OFFER, WOULD BE GREAT (OTHER THAN THE THINGS I HAVE LISTED ABOVE THAT I DON'T EAT, THANKS)
Why are you avoiding carbs? If you do then your brain will stop making serotonin. However if you are looking for low calories veggies and fruits, what about making vegetable soup and then blending the soup so you don't feel the vegetables in your mouth? Would you eat sweet potatoes ( high in vit A) ditto carrots, cooked or raw. Would you eat peeled broccoli,string beans, steamed or stir fried spinach? Do you like vegetables that come with Chinese food? Maybe if the vegetables tasted good you would like them.
