If you google sharitaki noodles , you will find many reviews from people who either love these noodles or people who cannot stand them. Fortunately, I love them and I am grateful for them. I have tried other low carb noodles like Dreamsfield pasta that taste more like pasta than the sharitaki noodles do. Unfortunately, they raise my blood sugar just like regular pasta. My blood sugar level remains unchanged with sharitaki noodles.
