Here is a list of 5 things that you can do around the house for losing weight. It saves time, gets you a clean house, and a good body.

  1. Vacuuming
  2. Scrubbing the floor
  3. Mowing the lawn
  4. Washing windows
  5. Cleaning the car

You can also add gardening to the list. Personally, my two favorite things to do around the house are vacuum and clean the car. Also, I'm not sure if making bread from scratch burns any calories or workouts your arms (from all the kneading), but it sure feels like it does something.
Don't know about the calories, but just reading it makes me picture the lovely aroma of fresh bread baking! Sounds good!
