I came across some simple calculations on how you can lose 1 lb a week. Here's how it goes. You reduce 250 calories per day through exercising. You reduce another 250 calories per day by controlling your food intake. That adds up to 500 calories a day. Now multiply that by 7 days a week, and you have got 3500 calories. This leads to a reduction of approximately a pound a week. I know it's easier to say than to do it, but it does not sound impossible either. What do you say?
