Lose 10 lbs A Week - Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Plan Revealed

If you want to lose 10 lbs a week naturally and without any intensive cardio exercise, then Fat Loss 4 idiots is the best for you.

can this really help me lose wieght because my friends say that im not fat but i think that i am and i am really trying hard to lose it but it just wint go away.. i tried for a long time and when ever i get on the scale i either dont lose nothing or gain and i have been eating really well not sweat.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots does seem like a great program for those new to fat loss but 10 pounds a week is impossible healthily...I am currently in meidcal school.  The program def works but that is a large claim, I would say after reading it over you could lose 3 pounds at most safely.  It is very knowledgable though and I am using some of its tips and a HIIT fatloss routine along with an orange diet that I am going to try from this site

Seems like a good plan. It is important for people losing fat to do it naturally and without pills. Only then they can keep off what they have lost, otherwise yoyo like Oprah.


The best way to is to use a drop dead simple diet plan, not one that you need to read a book to understand before you can even get started.  This is one of those easy plans.

I have been using the fat loss for idiots plan for almost 3 years and have to disagree with your comments.  In the first place, the diet does NOT state you lose 10lbs a week.. in fact it states 10lbs in 11days. My first 11day cycle on the plan I lost 12lbs. Each 11 day cycle thereafter I lost between 5 and 8lbs. My total weight loss in just 5 months was 5 stone and I have kept it off by following the principles of the plan ever since... almost 3 years! It is a very healthy diet of mainly lean protien, fresh fruit and veggies. Even my doctor was amazed at my transformation and asked me for details of the diet to help her other patients! I can vouch the plan definitely works.. in fact, so much so that for the past 2 years I have been a moderator at the fl4i forum on the caloriesperhour website helping others to achieve their weightloss goals!
