Loose the weight

I really need to shed the holiday pounds...from 2002! I know, pathetic that i am STILL working on that goal! but my busy lifestyle working at start-up companies is seriously squeezing my workout time! I generally am eating more healthy than 4 years ago, and way more consious of my red meat intake, and do enjoy a good salad for dinner. but exercise is key! i just HAVE to work that in...somehow...

Thanks for the support, i sure can use it! i am doing better cutting out the deserts, but STILL need to cut back the carbs...my problem is my wife. seriously, she is a great cook and i can't help eating it!!!
Eat more HEALTHY snacks! Like cans of green beans!
