We spend so much time on the exercise piece but I will tell you if your not watching what your putting into your mouth and in turn creating a negative deficit (in terms of calories in/out) then you WILL NOT SEE HEALTHY body compositional changes. Nutrition could possibly comprise as much as 60-70% of the weight loss puzzle.
