Health advocate Dr. Jonny Bowden turns the tables on me with an interview

It’s almost hard to believe that it has been three full years since I started my podcast show and when I look back at how this show has evolved over the years, I just marvel at just how huge my “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show” has become since it began in October 2006. When my producer Kevin Kennedy-Spaien invited me to become a part of a brand new health podcast collaboration at the time called “The Health Hacks Podcast” (now defunct), I didn’t have any experience doing anything like this before other than a little work in Christian radio back in the 1990s. As we shared during last year’s 200th episode, it has been an interesting journey to create my own show and today we celebrate yet another major milestone — 300 EPISODES!

In Episode 300 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” I am privileged to have the great Dr. Jonny Bowden, author of two upcoming book releases in January 2010 including The Most Effective Ways to Live Longer and Living Low Carb: Controlled-Carbohydrate Eating for Long-Term Weight Loss, come in as a special guest interviewer to do something a little bit different — he interviewed ME for a change! Hear Jonny ask about my low-carb weight loss success story, the reasons why I have become such a crusader for health, who some of the most memorable podcast interview guests have been, what the barriers are to getting the truth out there, and a sneak peek into my upcoming new book 21 Life Lessons from Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb. It was such a neat switcheroo to be on the other end of the interview conversation and I think you’ll enjoy it!

There are four ways you can listen to Episode 300:
