Popular new health podcaster Leigh Peele discusses fat loss and fitness

I’m very intrigued by the sudden influx of new health bloggers and podcasters that are out there in the blogosphere and on iTunes these days. This is just proof that there is a real hunger for information about diet, nutrition, and what this whole “lifestyle change” is really all about. Some people do it well while others … maybe not so much. But one of the best new voices in the world of health is my podcast interview guest today.

In Episode 291 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” we hear from Leigh Peele, a fat-loss coach who hosts a very popular new podcast show of her own on iTunes called “Ask Leigh? The Podcast.” Her girl-next-door sound along with an unabashed style of sharing exactly what she believes and why she believes it are what have attracted people to her enthusiastic message. I can appreciate her willingness to be open to a variety of ways to help people burn fat and get fit — which includes her own personal way of eating…low-carb living! Hear her explain why she thinks Gary Taubes got it partially wrong in his book Good Calories, Bad Calories. You’ll have to listen to Leigh Peele and experience why she’s becoming such a rising online health star who we’ll be hearing from for many years to come.
