There are some really genuine leaders out there on the front lines in the high-fat, low-carb movement and I’ve always been an admirer of the work so many people out there are doing on behalf of this healthy way of eating. With all the endless negativity about fat and even saturated fat that still exists to this day, it’s nice to have voices of truth who can articulate why the continued fat-phobia is really much ado about nothing. Today we have one of the most renowned names in the field of high-fat nutrition today.
