Well for another week I have been MIA from the gym. Giving my heel spur a much-needed rest and I think I am ready to attack the gym this week.
Last week my husband and I celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary. We joke around sometimes and say only 26 more to go! 30 year mortgage = 30 year marriage. It’s only a joke we truly love each other. Our anniversary is actually the same day as my mother’s birthday we like to keep dates simple. Here are some simple dates to remember
July 28th – My birthday also the day Michael and I first started dating (2002) and the day he popped the question (2004)
May 13th – My mother’s birthday also the day we got married (2006)
I have been busy watching my intake to make up for the lack of excercise and weighing in. I am still at the 20lb mark. For the next month I plan to lose about 5-10lbs.
Here is my schedule for this week -
Monday – Hit the gym (Progress to be reported later)
Tuesday – Run (Outside weather permitting of course)
Wednesday – Gym – (Progress to be reported later)
Thursday – Boot camp Philly – And I might pass out this time ;0) since I haven’t been there for 2 weeks!!!!
Friday - Gym (Progress to be reported later)
Saturday – No Gym Relax and meet up with a very old friend that I haven’t seen in 16 years.
Sunday – Back to the gym.
I have to keep this schedule just as I would keep a company meeting. It is so important for me to get back into the swing of things. I was feeling great losing weight until my injury, and now I am determined to get back to my healthy lifestyle for sure!!
