I have been getting the Kraft Family magazine for a long time. I always considered their recipes to be a “treat”, because I just figured they were made with fattening stuff. But Kraft must have been doing their homework, because I see where they now have over 500 “Sensible Solutions” products, such as fat-free items, that help us watch calories and sugar. They even have the International coffees – which were a favorite of my grandfather, who lived to 98 years old – in single, on the go packs. If my grandparents were still alive, they’d be sending me care packages in the mail. They were always saying, “You have to watch it!” The International coffees also contain calcium and 80 mg of coffee anti-oxidants.
