
First of all, WHY are you pushing your body to ketosis? To lose weight? This is NOT your long term answer to weightloss.
Second of all, it appears you have very high stress, high cortisol and imbalanced blood sugar. This is all putting an enormous strain on your body. Stop. Breathe. You should not be on a restricted carbohydrate diet. BALANCED, yes - But not too restricted on the carbs....complex carbs.

I am having probems stating in ketoisi and eating a very low carb diet, but still go in and out of ketosis..I also have history of high stress and wondered if fluctuating blood surgar can take me out of ketosis..also have high cortisol levels
