Around the tummy and loves handles is generally characteristic of stress, and too many carbs. The best way to trim those area quickly would be to cut out all beer, wheat, and corn products, increasing veggies for at least a couple weeks and make sure you’re 7 or more solid hours of sleep a night. Weight training and toning is important but ineffective to reduce those specific areas. Let me know how it goes!
