i have managed to stay away from the sweets and not a healthy food whole day , until i reached home and my parents waited me with the well caloried supper :( They were getting upsed for i did not want to try it on and me bit nervous for i was inside in a fight with myself: to follow the goals i've put or just to be happy and to eat what ever i wish with any stress. I found a middle way to be and i 've eaten a bit what they have done but still kept control in my mind. In me all works through the mind. The important is to not let it go in all till the guilty feeling arrives.
Way to go Oksa! I think Pilates is a great way to train your mind as well as your body. It changes the way you think about things like food choices, exercise choices and makes you more aware of your body.
If you can, try to find a studio near you and take a class!
