Today was such a great day to take the little one to Chocolate World, it was so nice out!! the first thing you see when driving into Hershey is the "kiss" shaped street lights, too cute.
Next up was Chocolate World!!
If you've never been to Chocolate World, they have this ride that takes you through the factory and shows you how the chocolate is made. The best part is the singing cows- "it's the milk chocolate!!" sorry but I'm like a kid when it comes to robotic cows.
Miss Ava was not amused at first, she was scared of the "tunnel"
Then the cows came...
and all was right with the world...
I had my eye on these guys... yum yum yum!!!
After the ride we hit the gift shop and Ava got a shirt and I stocked up on some *dark* chocolate, I was never a fan of dark chocolate but now I love it and I love the health benefits behind it. It's also nice how 1 piece can satisfy as opposed to eating a whole bag of milk chocolate.
Check out her chocolate face, she thought it was the best thing ever that they gave her a piece of chocolate at the end of the ride...oh to be 3 again!
After we left Chocolate World we decided to eat at Red Robin for lunch OH MY GOODNESS so worth the calories, I had the Banzai burger which had terriyaki sauce and grilled pineapple on top. amazing. wish I had another one in my mouth right now. Then mommy decided to treat herself and hit up the Coach outlet and bought a pair of sunglasses I've wanted for nearly 2 years, they were such a steal and I had a coupon!!
I'm so glad hubby and I decided to skip work and take Ava out for the day, It's the first time the three of us have been together since the baby has been born and she deserved it. She has been such a big help and hasn't had an ounce of jealousy in her, my little girl is growing up and I'm so proud of who she is becoming : )
