Monday was a very stressful day, I ate over 2600 calories and was to busy to make it to the gym. Tuesday not as stressful and my calories were back in line, but I still didn't make it to the gym. Wednesday I was exhausted, didn't even think about going to the gym. Thursday....oh wait this was the day I was exhausted not Wednesday, Wednesday is a blur. So today is Friday and I hopped on the scale, not literally because I don't want to torture my scale that way. 195.0.....ok so that's .5 lbs different from last week. Which considering the week I've had I suppose is a good thing, but I know I can do better. I need to make it to the gym, but getting out of work at 6pm doesn't help any.
This weekend I'm gonna get moving. I'm not gonna just sit at home. I don't know what I'm gonna do yet, but it's gonna be something. My weigh in day is Sunday, so hopefully it will be better then just .5 lost.
