Here’s another one of those did you knows.

Did you know — that working hard to exercise self-control can make it seem like what you are working on is taking forever? 

In other words, time appears to move more slowly with greater expenditure of self-control. So what’s the harm in that, you ask? Well, the upshot is that when you think something is taking too long to accomplish, you might end up having less motivation to do the next thing or do the same thing the next time.
