Is there a brand of frozen yogurt that's best for you? Penguins, etc.

I love Penguin's frozen yogurt, and I get the low carb kind. Cake batter is my favorite with any kind of chocolate.

Anyway, I don't lose weight when I eat this, granted I'm eating a large.

Is this stuff bad for you and is there any that are better or do you have a good substitute?

Low carb usually means high fat so that could be the problem. When I'm at home I normally take frozen blueberries and put yogurt over them which is very satisfying or you can put skim milk and frozen fruit (strawberries are yummy) and a little sweetner if needed in the blender and make a smoothie. those are really good also.
