Is The Elimination Diet For YOU?

Posted by Angie Schumacher Healthy Living ProfessionalHealth Maven

On my Fitness Forum site, I had a member ask the following question:

“Does anyone have any good detox diet programs they can recommend - My sister is starting a new diet/fitness program and is looking for something to get all the fast food toxins out of her system.”

Right away the Elimination Diet by Dax Moy came to mind! Dax states that “Just 30 Days On The Elimination Diet Will Have You Looking, Feeling and Performing Better Than You Have In YEARS… GUARANTEED!”

I did the Elimination Diet about a year ago. I didn’t follow it exactly 100%, but in doing it, I did find out that my body has an intolerance to some dairy products, bananas and oats. This has been a huge help when it comes to my nutrition and I am not feeling sluggish, bloated or sick to my stomach by avoiding those foods!

So no more wasting time, click the link below and get started on the Elimination Diet!

Dax also has a cookbook to go along with the diet. You can read more about it ===> HERE

Interesting. How much did you lose when you did this diet and was the weight loss easy to maintain?

This is a quote taken from a friend of mine who works with Dax Moy, the creator of the Elimination Diet.

"On average our clients at the studio will see around 7-10lbs of weight loss in the first 14 days and a minimum of a dress size in 21 days. "

I didn't use it for weight loss, I used it to find which foods were not helping me to reach my highest levels of fitness!

If you continue on to eat healthy foods and avoid the foods that don't agree with your body (sugars, corn syrups, gluton, etc) you will have no problem maintaining your weight loss!
