Well I have been having a lot of chaos with trying to keep on track with working out and eating well. Life has a tendency to get in the way. I haven’t worked out since the BL audition and I just seem to be lost on what I needed to do to keep moving. While at one point in time I was down almost 95 pounds, I have been fluctuating for the past 5 months. I am now at 80ish pounds down and seem to have lost direction.
My friend Natala has just come back from an E2 (Engine 2) immersion and it sounds like an AWESOME experience. For those out there who do not know, I have been vegetarian for 10 years, but still find myself 200lbs overweight. I am THE vegetarian who doesn’t like veggies. I am the one the plant based individuals try to hide Anyway, the E2 diet is a completely plant based experience that is geared for the betterment of mind, body, and spirit.
Nat has started an E2 group that will span over 28 days, and I have decided to take part in it. She is awesome and I know she will provide some amazing tools, recipes, and tips on getting where I need to be. My big goal is to be in the 200’s by the time baby girl Hill is born in July. I have a little less than 4 months to lose around 30 pounds, so I need 2 pounds a week. I KNOW I can do it if I can get my @ss into gear, so I just need to switch on the ignition and put it into drive.
I will be attempting to keep tabs on my progress on my blog. I have decided to incorporate more video as my initial experience was fun and received well. I apparently am a camera hog and appreciate seeing myself on the digital screen. Also, as I have mentioned on Twitter recently, I find it difficult to keep up with all the blog and twitter traffic. I try to post daily, but sometimes I simply can’t think of anything THAT interesting to write. To that end, I will just post when I think something is important enough to share and hope that you all will stick with me. I leave the 24/7 twitter/blogging to the professionals.
