If You Stick to the Diet or Weight Loss Diet Program, Here Are the Results

Duh! If you stay in your weight-loss program and work it like it’s supposed to be worked, you will keep on losing weight. This is not a surprising piece of research. It’s what we all think should happen—and it does.
Dropouts—those who don’t stick to a diet or a weight-loss program are unable to lose weight they want to lose.
What this means is sticking to a diet, staying with your weight-loss program, working the diet or the program—and successful weight-loss will be yours.
That’s the first part.
The next part, and this is definitely the harder part, is maintaining your weight loss. Once again, the surest route—to weight-loss maintenance—is continuing in a weight-loss program that helps with maintaining lost weight.
