Do you want to do something
about your weight problem? If so, have you examined your weight issues in
detail? If not, here are some questions you might ask yourself.
Do you know what
you’re doing overtly or covertly that you’d like to change?
Do you know the
precipitants for the problem behaviors, attitudes, feelings, thoughts, and
beliefs that keep you weighing so much?
Do you know
where and when the problem characteristically occurs?
How is your
problem with weight interfering with your life?
What are you doing
to maintain the problem in the short-term and in the long-term?
What was a
recent example of the problem and was it a good illustration of any of your
answers to these questions?
Knowing these matters now in
greater detail, do you think that will help you make a significant change
in your weight problem?
