I work at the kitchen and I stand for almost 12 hour by time I go home I have to repair food for my family then I can't stand up

it is too many hours for me to stand up everyday. the only days I do not stand up is my days off is saturday and sunday.

I gain weight and I am trying to loose it but I am tired really because I stand up almost more than 12 hour I need help what kind of exercise I can do without doing to much work something simply for my age and my hours please.
