I am 5'5" female, so at my average height and your weight of 232, to lose a healthy 2 pounds per week You would need to consume no more than 1,741 calories a day.
However, as you lose weight the number of calories will reduce. This is for a loss without exercise. You do want to be sure to add at least some cardio each day by taking a short walk, climbing up and down the stairs of your home a few times etc.
