i want to gain 10 kg of weight with diet and yoga as i m underweight at present i m 36kg and my age is 27yrs and have one kid.

You need an extra 500 calories above your maintenance level per day to gain 1lb a week- likely around 2500-3000 calories per day. Add things like nuts and seeds to your meals, snack on trail mix, granola bars, dried fruit, etc. Make sure to eat 3 meals a day plus 2-3 snacks- smoothies are a great way to fit in extra calories easily.
