I slacked off last week and gained 5 pounds.
I have no idea where my motivation went.
I've discovered how hard it is to lose weight living in a household of people who will eat whatever they want. I have a hard time resisting temptation and it came back to bite me.
So far this week I have been the same way. Unmotivated and eating things I know I should not eat. I need to get back on track.. and soon!
