Is it bad that I gave in to the temptation to look at the scale? My clothes were feeling like they fit a little bit better, so I hopped on the scale on Thursday and it said I'd lost 2 pounds. I'm being realistic though-I know that can change by Monday.
I will say, the idea of weighing myself once a week has kept me from extra snacking, slacking off at the gym, etc. It's making me work harder to ensure a good result on the following Monday. And hey, it seemed to work for Thursday. ;)
I know, I know....I shouldn't do that next week. :)
It probably is best to weigh just once a week but it's hard not to give in to temptation. Like you said, you know when your clothes are fitting better and like to see that number drop. Don't forget to do your measurements as well. Then if you have a week you don't lose weight you can measure yourself again. It'll give you an extra boost to see how far you've come.
