
Just make sure you're making healthy choices. Plenty of fruits and vegetables and complex carbs (oatmeal instead of sugary cereal, wheat bread instead of white). Have lean protein like chicken, fish and turkey. Bake or grill instead of pan frying. Little changes in diet can mean big changes in the scale. Also be certain to measure. You may be losing inches at first. when the scale isn't showing results sometimes a measuring tape will.

I am exercising enough now that I should be seeing results and I am not. The only thing I can figure is that I am not eating correctly. Can someone give me like a sample meal plan for a day? Thanks!
